It's not that big of an issue, I just wanted to give out personal suggestions for working with CSS so that people wouldn't create test accounts if they didn't need to. I didn't really consider editing CSS without a PC or viewing WIP CSS on alternative platforms, so I'd say that's a justifiable case for making a test account. |

i was also considering building a CSS editor into the site that showed you what it'd look like as you type it in but i never got around to doing that. maybe i should make that |

you can also just use inspect element, on firefox if you press ctrl+shift+i, click style editor, and then open style.css, it'll show you a CSS editor that updates in real time as you edit it |
