I swear to gosh that MySpace93 had a set of variables in its API that showed whether or not an account had notifications. All it did was show a boolean value for each notification like this:
"newFwiends" : "0",
"newRequests" : "1",
"newComments" : "1",
"newMail" : "0"
It didn't show what each specific notification was, but it at least showed you that you had notifications.
The API feature on MySpace93 is 404'd now so I can't really confirm that what I'm saying isn't bogus.
