Driving School Got Cancelled

Today has been a crazy day. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to show up to my driving school. I've had many issues with the instructor but today was the LAST STRAW. I showed up on December the 3rd for my last driving class only to find my instructor gettiing angry with my parents because I showed up and I kept falling asleep in class. Now, that's not my fault. He just stands there telling us some obvious things such as the effects of alcohol, the right of way, etc. from this outdated book about driving that's probably as old as Legally Blonde and Mean Girls. I don't even think he's qualified to teach since he used to drive while under the influence and makes never being caught something to be proud of. I am notorious for being a person who slowly fell into the abyss of people who sleep in his class. I cant help it and its not like I get home tired from school. I think it all has to do with never really understanding the point of driving and the passion people have for learning to do so in the first place.I just don't feel like learning to drive because in the future, we might see a new form of energy that is clean enough for us to power future vehicles. Whatever the case may be, I’m just glad I no longer have to go to classes there. From what I understood, I can either do my 7 hours of observational driving at the driving school or at the Department of Public Safety so I might do it at DPS since I read some Yelp reviews where people called out the instructor for not showing up to scheduled driving or cancelling appointments at the last minute. Anyways, I was told that class was scheduled on the 28th so I put in actual effort into remembering and put a reminder on my phone for that EXACT day. However, when we got there, my dad went in and found out that there was no class so it can only mean 2 things. He's either an old man with some sort of disease that makes him forget things or he uses being old as an excuse to not show up to places or appointments.
